A fabulous, modern office space is available for subletting in the NZME building, opposite the Z petrol station, and walking distance to the buzz of Cuba Street and Courtenay Place.



You would share the open office space with our IT company, we are a friendly, fun bunch, and great spacemates.  We have a modern fitted office area, with a funky board room, well fitted kitchen, secure lock up space and room for growth.



We're close to everything in the city, but have easy access to the motorway should you need to get out of town easily.
