Central City - Small office

This is a small office space which is part of a larger group of spaces above C4 Coffee in the central city of Christchurch.



The office is standalone with its own key and comes inclusive with power, internet, monitored alarm and a cleaner for communal spaces.



I also have another office next to this one that I am interested in offering as a shared space. I would also consider renting it as a standalone space if the terms were agreeable to both parties. I am happy to show it at negotiate.



There are shared female and male toilets and a shared kitchen space. The entire floor has a joint monitored alarm and security cameras for the entrance and stairwell. The office is at the back of the building and is very private.



The rest of the offices are tenanted by Clevetown Studios which is a music production and teaching business that generally operates after 3.30pm weekdays, and on weekends. One office is also rented by a Web designer.



We are a creative group of people and would prefer to share the space with like minded individuals.
