Heathcote House Office Share is a space for enthusiastic professionals in the building profession to share a creative and energised work environment.



We are neighbours to award winning 3 Boys Brewery, share ample car parking, and are located on the first floor, conveniently positioned next to Engco Engineers and above Ferry Indians Restaurant. Also in close proximity to The Tannery, with boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, and deluxe cinema.



Raw industrial materilals such as exposed concrete floor, stack bonded concrete block freature wall, and furniture made from scaffolding planks and black steel form a creative reception and waiting area, balanced against practical office elements such as radiata ply desks and fresh white walls.



Our intention is to create a contemporary and motivating workspace for individuals and small businesses that will encourage collaborations and valuable networking that will help deliver fresh and innovative ideas to our clients and community.
