Character workspace in central Christchurch

We have desk space available in our shared open plan office in central Christchurch, on a casual or permanent basis. It's a great space with plenty of character, friendly inhabitants, and Pomeroy's pub and restaurant downstairs – what more do you need?



You will have your own workstation (desk, ergonomic chair and storage unit), kitchen and bathroom facilities (with shower), use of meeting rooms and a standing invitation to the daily hack circle (weather permitting) and beer and chips downstairs on Thursdays.



Power and high speed internet are included, as well as use of an A4 colour printer. The heat pump and double glazing keep it nice and cosy. The space has a monitored alarm, and we can supply certification from BECA of the building's structural integrity if needed for insurance/reassurance (as it's a heritage building).



Full time, permanent – three months minimum, payable monthly, 24/7 access

$425 + GST per month



Full time on a weekly basis – payable weekly, access during office hours only

$120 + GST per week



Casual, short term – pay per day, access during office hours only

$30 + GST per day
