We are an online based art company with a surplus of space. A company of three, we would like to sub-lease the other end of our office to a similar minded creative person/business of maximum four people (to be negotiated). Built to be a gallery space, there are copious amounts of blank walls for you to post design work/architecture sheets on. Located on level 1 and fully alarmed you can be guaranteed of top security for your business. 



The space for lease is the central part of the office, separated from us, with a shared meeting room available for your use, and shared storage space out the back. 



There is a basic kitchenette and bathroom for your use.
