800 metres from Birkenhead ferry terminal, 850 metres from Birkenhead shops and buses. 10-15 minutes off-peak drive from CBD/Ponsonby (bonus: you go against the traffic in peak times if you live city-side). A clever and more cost effective option if you want a beautiful workspace without parking costs/hassles and a CBD/city fringe price tag. Birkenhead Point is a beautiful neighbourhood with a lot of character buildings and homes. Great coffee/food options a minute from the doorstep.
