It is a character space on the top floor of a Auckland heritage building with large windows, all-day natural light and exposed rafters.  Can accommodate 4-6 desks available for a small company in open plan layout.  



Cost for the space is $200 per desk, plus $40 in shared expenses per desk.  



Includes rent, opex, electricity, internet- fibre optic, coffee/milk, toilet and office clean and toilet consumables, 24/7 Britomart Security.
