Top Floor Westhaven office with amazing views

We're a leading, global communications and PR agency based on the top floor of Pier21, in the heart of beautiful Westhaven Marina.



We have a mixture of spaces available: individual desks (x4), or a private office.



We're ideally looking for professional creative people who will complement our service and vice versa! Digital, social, graphic art, film etc would all work nicely though we will consider any business of course.  It might work nicely having the boss in our executive suite, and the team in the open plan office - please ask about pricing for both.



The spaces we have available are:



- 4 x 'workstations' (take one, or more). $600pm + gst per desk (neg depending how many you take)

- 1 x 'executive suite' with own lockable door and city views.  $1000pm +gst



As part of the monthly rental, we are providing the following:

- desk

- PABX phone on each desk (note, phone line is an additional $10, calls charged to you)

- 3-drawer filing cabinet

- use of office printer, scanner and fax (charged to your account)

-access to meeting spaces including boardroom with seating for at least 10 people (see photos) with computer, ITV and Skype.  



You need to bring your own internet line, but all of the cabling is here to easily port it into your desk/s.



The building offers good security with 24 hour swipe card access, cleaning, and car park by negotiation. Kitchenette and bathroom facilities including shower available.  Lunch bars and cafes within 50 metres walk.
