We also have other options available at VR Airport Gateway, we offer a warm and friendly atmosphere to host your functions at a very reasonable price. There are four different function rooms to choose from. The Bar Side room can accommodate up to 100 people, while the other rooms can accommodate up to 200 people. We can accommodate any size gathering, large or small. Our spaces are highly adaptable and can be set up for a variety of private or corporate functions.

Themed Events and Out-Catering Options: If the big event calls, the VR Airport Gateway works with professional event teaming companies and activity venues or attractions to create memorable & spectacular upscale experiences. Marquees can be set up on the lawn for the right occasion. Conditions apply.

Our location is close to many nearby churches and can serve as a place to hold your dream reception. The Grand Ballroom features high ceilings and a luxury interior, offering a lovely sense of space. Alternatively, you could say ‘I do’ in one of our Function Rooms, which feature stunning, light-filled settings, ideal for wedding photographs.

Under 50 guests $97 inc GST per head (minimum 30 pax)
Between 50-85 guests $90 inc GST per head
More than 85 guests - $85 inc GST per head
