The expansive space encompasses TRUE bistro TRUE yoga and TRUE events and is situated among the lush surroundings of pohutukawa trees and Okahu park.



Experienced restaurateurs, co-owners Nic and Kelly Watt have thought through every detail of the space. While Nic brings his skill and expertise to the bistro, Kelly has a wealth of hospitality experience and worked as an events manager at Nobu Mayfair for over eight years.



Kelly’s warm energy, hospitality experience and expertise in event planning and hospitality inspires the skilled TRUE team to deliver the best for TRUE’s guests. Combined with the unique TRUE space, the TRUE team is well equipped to offer a truly special experience at any event. 



TRUE bistro is a destination dining venue situated adjacent to the yoga studios, providing satisfying, delicious and nutritious meals in an inspiring setting. At the bistro, Chef restauranteur Nic’s cooking style honours fresh, vibrant and seasonal foods all of which he can build a delicious and inventive bespoke menu tailored to your requirements.



TRUE yoga houses two serene and spacious studios which are accessible by a gentle ramp. Named Satya (meaning truth) and Sundar (beautiful), the oak-floored studios offer incredible vistas of Okahu Bay through the heritage building’s original arched windows which flood the rooms with light.



TRUE events allows for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, product launches and other bespoke events.



With over 300sqm of combined bistro and studio space, TRUE events can cater up to 250 standing guests or seated 100 within our sunset drenched beautiful studio space and 80 seated on our terrace and bar.



The relaxed and welcoming space offers a unique opportunity for diners to enjoy a beachside meal overlooking one of Auckland’s best view. Dotted with planters and a fragrant wall of red jasmine, the sun drenched front terrace is the perfect space for guests to relax while they soak in the sun or watch it set over the Waitemata harbour during warm summer evenings.
