We have a great commercial kitchen available to rent on Adelaide Road, Berhampore. Just by Berhampore shops. 



The kitchen is available Saturday or sunday day and all graveyard shifts 



All nights are also availble for any night owls. 



The kitchen is fitted with:



-4 burner gas oven (New) With large extraction fan.

-Sanitiser 





A large walk in chiller and freezer space can be made available upon neg

Storage spaceis available

 

Stainless steel benches, hot water.



Double washing up sink



Hand sink



Grease trap



There is good street parking out the front, for parking and loading.



Open to you installing a chest freezer of your own.



As stated, fees are negotiable but as a guide (excl GST):



Current available days are: Saturday, Sunday

All nights (Graveyard shifts are available) 



Minimum term agreement 

$110/day- power, gas, rates, fridge,sanitiser and dry store storage space included



Night owls 7pm-6am $70 

(minimum term agreement includes fridge and dry store storage space)
