We have two office/studio spaces available to rent.

Room 1) 15 square meters. Rent $195 per week
Room 2) 10 square meters. Rent $165 per week

To just rent a single desk space in one of the rooms: $65 per week

Rent cost includes expenses - power/wifi/water ect.

Each room gets lovely sunlight, has white walls and wooden floors.

There is plenty of parking in front of the building and it is in a really great, easy to find location. Shared kitchen & bathroom facilities. 

The larger rooms could easily fit 1-3 people if you have a team.

The main tenant runs sewing classes and creative workshops.

 We are ideally looking for someone who is keen to join the space on a long term basis - however we are keen to fill the spaces asap and will consider shorter term arrangements and splitting the rooms between tenants.
