The Villa has fantastic ceiling heights and villa charm including original fireplaces.  It also has a luxury bathroom and spacious laundry facilities and modern open plan kitchen and a completely private garden. 

It's great for shoots as there is a huge garage for gear (or to store existing furniture if you stage it for your shoot) and a separate own access studio and en-suite for makeup / changing etc.  Can also be utilised as secure onsite storage.

The Villa is suitable for photo shoots (lots of period features and great light) as well as filming ads and longer shoots.  Ot would also be suitable for informal team meetings and could be set up for outdoor events in the backyard, as this is secure and private. (Can be accessed without entering through the house. ) It may be available at short notice.
