In early 2021 this beautiful character building will be reopened to the public having undergone a careful restoration with up to six retail tenancies and re-integration into the Britomart Train station.
It will be at the epicentre of the transformation of downtown Auckland. When it opens in 2021 there will be a world class retail centre opposite (Commercial Bay), Auckland’s premier civic space (Lower Queen St), New Zealand’s largest public transport hub (Ferry, Bus, Train) and the established Britomart Precinct.
