Central Studio / Office in Wellington

Our small animation studio is scaling down and we now have far too much space! We love our office, the location is great, with fantastic lunch options in almost every direction and an easy walk to the train station. We have the entire 2nd story at around 175m2. Up until a couple of months ago we comfortably fit our 20 staff with room for more.



There’s a small kitchen, two bathrooms on our floor and access to a shower on the ground floor. The current office setup is mostly open plan, with one small office which can fit two desks and a meeting room, these could be both be closed off if needed.



Away from the kitchen at the back of the office is a room which can also be closed off that has a large work bench running the length of two wall and vinyl flooring making it ideal for any messy work.



The price is indicative and would cover power, cleaning, internet, tea and coffee. We’re open to a range of scenarios, from hotdesking through to a sublease of the entire office.
