WorkCo Studios provide for creative professionals wanting to take advantage of shared spaces and the value of thoughtful engagement.
WorkCo Studios have taken extra measures to provide our tenants with a clean and safe environment. All desks and meeting areas have a 1 metre radius to allow for social distancing. Additional cleaning schedules have been put in place, these schedules consist of sterilising the kitchen, toilets, and all high touch points (handles, doors, cupboards, tables). All visitors and contractors are required to sign in via an online contact tracing register so no personal details are passed on unless contact tracing is required. A Level 2 Distancing Plan is available on request.

Situated in the heart of Hamilton’s CBD is 24 Garden Place, an elegant 1940’s building with amply glazed chevroned steel windows that capture the morning light, with an open view down and across Garden Place.
To encourage creativity there are 4 collaborative areas. The furnishings use a combination of new and re-purposed items from Herman Miller, Vitra, IMO, Modern Office, and Steelcase. Our entry space acts as an interchanging working showroom, highlighting a range of furniture solutions from suppliers.
The office is open plan with a row of vertical planters separating a shared meeting space from the main space. Large format desks with power and lighting and storage joinery complete the space. The furnishings use a combination of new and re-purposed items from Herman Miller, Vitra, IMO, Modern Office, and Steelcase.
The open plan office has a shared boardroom, kitchen and toilets.
The space has been recently renovated and furnished.
