Sub-letting our office space

Hello there, we're looking for amazing co-workers / small size companies to sub-let our office space. We have an amazing view of the Dunedin city since we're located on the 5th Floor of Cargill House. The office is fairly new and is well equipped with shared meeting rooms, modern kitchen, modern desks, coffee machine and washrooms located on the floor.
