Main kitchenette and toilets are located at the top of the stairs and are shared with the downstairs tenant . Front boardroom / shared office & 2 back offices can be secured by pin code door locks off this shared space. The Building itself is fully alarmed and monitored.

Also happy to split the space if only the front Boardroom / Shared office or the 2 Medium size back offices we required (current tenant of the space is only leasing the front office)

The entire available upstairs space is not furnished so can be set up at the leasees discretion.
