Christchurch Desk Space

We are here to stay but we would like some company!

We have a quality corner site at 987 Ferry Road, with high visual exposure and are looking for a professional service provider or retailer that would complement House of Travel Ferrymead while we pivot our business due to Covid-19.

What is the space like & what’s included?
- The front section of our retail space consists of four coffee style tables ideal for consultations with clients. Each of these tables has four chairs around them but we can change things up depending on interest.

- There is a reception desk as well as waiting area with couch and two lounge chairs.

- The front space has a projector and large screen ideal for client presentations/shows

- We then have noise cancelling dividers that separate the front area to a separate transactional space with eight separate desks with dividers that offer quiet space and there are only three of us.

- The office is set up to work on 4G wifi from anywhere in the building, we currently work on laptops while out the front and docking stations with monitors while out the back.

- Meeting room with table & six chairs, TV with internet access.

- Wheelchair accessible bathroom

- Two flat-screen TV’s that can share your visuals

Private staff room with bench seating for four and kitchen facilities including microwave & full size fridge.
