DESCRIPTION



The serviced offices are modern, bright and inviting.  There are two cafes' within easy walking distance, one of which is Classic Flyers.  Downtown Mount Maunganui is a five-minute drive where there are Hot pools Gym Clubs and good cafes and restaurants, and of course the glorious beaches for an after work stroll or for a more energetic run.



We are within easy walking distance of the Tauranga Airport Terminal and 15 minutes drive to the new thriving Tauriko  Industrial Estate, with easy access to Papamoa via the new motorways.  The Port of Tauranga and the  Marina are 'on our doorstep'.
