The location and building

6 Leek Street is at the northern end of Newmarket behind the Warehouse this is a great location with easy access to motorways and CBD, great public transport options with buses and trains within walking distance. Plenty of cafes and good coffee around the corner.

Auckland domain (for those who might like a lunch time walk/run) and Olympic pool/gym (for the swimmer and flat tummy folk in your group) is about 2 mins walk.



Good on street parking and we have 4 onsite carparks available (additional cost). The building has 4 levels with lift access from the lobby and you’ll get your branding on the front door. 



The space

We are looking to co-share this space with another small company. The floor area is 290 sqm total the layout accommodates

• Private work area (Green on the plan) is a 103 sqm + share area 122 sqm (Yellow/Pink on the plan)

• shared large meeting room (12 people)

• medium sized (6 people)

• lounge area

• large lunch table with lots of last months architectural magazines

• large kitchen - we’ll even put a few bottles of wine and a couple of beers in the fridge to get you started. It’ll be furnished with a fridge/microwave and stuff to eat your food with.

• lockers and storage area.

• There are some bogs too, 2 separate in fact and one even has a shower. 



Assemble will have about 10 desks and your workspace area will be set up with 8 desks. Assemble’s use of the communal facilities will be limited as we have our own on level 1.

We’re in the throes of construction, fitting out the space ready for a first week of October move in.

However you can have a peek at the space on Level 1 which is similar to what Level 2 will look like on completion.



The workspace area will be furnished with 8 x (2x1M) white desks and task chairs, under desk storage. The desks have power and data to them and ready for your server to plug into the onsite server cabinet. There are even some windows, (which you can open!) and blinds to block the sun for those rare sunny days of late.



About us:

We are a creative, Architectural/Engineering company who work in the design/construction industry and are looking for a company to co-share this space with. We’re happy to stop and have a chat in the stairwell but also mind our own business and get on our own work, the workspaces have good separation so good privacy.
