Well established Pilates studio is looking to expand our client offering by having a complimentary health/wellness service provider sublease our boardroom - ideally a massage therapist, physio, nutritionist, chiropractor or life coach.



High end treatment space, in a great part of Parnell.



Costs: 

$31,200 per annum inclusive of GST and outgoings.

$1,500 one off fee payable upon commencement of lease to cover sublease set up costs.



In addition to this full time sublease, we have a part-time opportunity to rent our treatment room on Mondays or Fridays on a per-day basis for $120 + GST. Sharing with an Osteopath and Acupuncture therapist.
