Availability 1 day per week, would best suit a Psychologist/Psychiatrist or allied health professional.



Minimalist, neutral furnishings throughout the space which has a welcoming yet professional feel. Polished concrete floors, floor to ceiling (frosted) glass & fresh white walls. Consulting rooms are sound insulated for confidentiality.



Avaliable Mondays



Rental includes:

- Full day use of consulting room

- Minimalist furnishings per pictures with desk & chair, 2-seater couch & armchair, rug, side tables, plants, wall clock

- Client use of furnished waiting space

- Client & clinician use of internal bathroom

- Clinician use of common staff areas on day of rental: lounge area & dining table area

- Clinician use of staff kitchen including fridge, microwave, nespresso machine, kettle, crockery & cutlery.



Includes outgoings as follows

- All building OPEX & rates

- Electricity & Internet 

- Professional cleaners



Carpark avaliabile in basement car stacker ($15 per day)



$125 per room per day (or part thereof) +GST, 6-month rolling contract
