Desks available immediately available in modern character office space in the “ south loft” at the top floor of the Imperial building at the heart of Auckland CBD. Tucked between Auckland’s bustling Queen Street and the former red-light area of Fort Lane is a collection of shops, offices and restaurants known as The Imperial. The ground-floor laneway hosts a Danish pastry café.



Built between 1886 and 1911, the original Imperial Building was home to one of the oldest storytelling mediums, housing two theatres, it later became the site of New Zealand’s first cinema.



Completely redesigned by Fearon Hay Architects in 2012, the venue is a striking coexistence of rustic beauty and modern, open spaces.



You'll share the space with marketing firm Aamplify Ltd (www.aamplify.partners). The open room is subdivided by pockets of blackened steel and glass boxes that create spaces for private meetings and quiet work areas, under the large roof plenum and large wooden trusses.



$800 + GST per month per desk.

We offer permanent workspace as per single desk, with capacity for up to 10 desks.
