Share our modern, boutique office space in the heart of Ponsonby. We’re a small web and mobile application development firm based in Douglas Street - 100m from Ponsonby Central in one direction, and the amazing Ripe Cafe in the other. We’re a fairly quiet and considerate bunch (lots of thinking and all that), so our ideal office buddies will probably be similarly invested in their workstations. If you’re on the phone or in office meetings all day then we’ll probably drive each other mad - just sayin’.
If you think you can put up with us, the office is lovely with loads of light and a natural breeze on hotter days. We have a massive sun-drenched, north facing deck with a picnic table for lunchtime or meetings, and a separate meeting room when you need some privacy with a client etc. The building is electronically secured 24/7 both at the front door and up through the lift using a keycard. Access to visitors is via Intercom so it’s a super secure setup.
We currently have 4-6 desks available at $650 + GST per month each - this includes all outgoings (yes coffee too). No lease commitment though, just a month to month arrangement with one month’s notice from either party.
