Our shared space is located in Eden Terrace, a great little neighbourhood. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxed. We have a shared kitchen, and meeting room.

We have the following desk options available:

A. Mezzanine: 5x Desks available, on a pod of 3 or 2 (can be reconfigured) (to share with others or take them all)

B. Main floor: 7 x Desks available (all to be taken by one company) wrap around built in desks. (get in touch with us about this part of the space, we currently use this space, but open to move ups to eh mezzanine if someone wants this area.)

Single Desk space rental of $660 + GST per month

Rent covers: 
- Desk and Chair 
- Opex & Building sinking fund
- Use of meeting room
- Printer & Paper (Prints/Copies to be reimbursed should quantity exceeds our contracted allowance with Fuji Xerox)
