EXCLUSIVE personal training studio available to share (please note it's 1 room to share as I'm only using it part time) for an affordable price in a nice old building which has a real character with it's lovely old wide staircase and wooden floor and an EXCELLENT location at the crossing of Broadway and Khyber Pass.



I'd like to share it with other PTs or health practitioners. (I also have a massage table there).

You can come on board and share the premises with me part time.



Unity Fitness private personal training studio has nice polished wooden floor, modern white/red walls, great big mirrors and big windows to let fresh air and sunshine in. We have a tap in the room so we can make tea for clients as well I provide towels.

Plenty of shelves if you are also wanting to sell something.

It's also fully equipped for lifestyle fitness training. I have the medical device called power plate, TRX, boxing bag, spin bike, swiss ball and free weights and a chest press.

It’s a comfortable and relaxed environment to do yoga/ meditation.



If your profession is suitable, I can refer you clients as I also work in the city.



Car park available for extra cost, a minute walk from studio for a very reasonable price. (From about $160/ month)



Clients parking: Car park always available maximum 1minute walk from studio any time of the day. No client ever had an issue finding space. But for $2/hour you can buy pre-paid vouchers for car park building next door where space is guaranteed.





The rent is only $225/week, and it includes cleaner of communal area and studio, as well water and organic herbal teas and towel use.

We'll share the cost of electricity bill.



Neighbours are lovely. Never had issue with them.
