Clinic/Beauty Rooms/Hot Desks in Remuera

We are looking for like minded professionals to join us at a shared natural health and beauty clinic located on Remuera Road.

Four rooms are available to choose from, suiting anyone in the health & wellness or beauty space, however if you're simply just looking for a hot desk office space to work from during the day, this would work too.

Rooms would be highly suitable for a nutritionist, naturopath, acupuncturist, massage therapist, nail tech, lash & brow specialist.

Previously a successful beauty clinic for the past 10 years and located right above the Remuera doctors and pharmacy, referrals and walk-ins are expected.

Existing tenants include three part-time nutritionists/naturopaths and a Reiki healing practitioner. We have a shared reception with wifi and eftpos, large waiting area, bathroom, as well as kitchenette with tea and coffee provided. Applicants will need to be the right fit for our wellness focussed and friendly space.

All rooms but one is furnished and there is potential for you to make the space feel more like your own.

Half, full weeks and day rates are available. Rates include rent, building insurance, power, water, cleaning and internet.
