Located in Hamilton CBD, the Richardson Room is an easy walk to shopping malls, motels, restaurants and public parking. It is also on the free Hamilton Shuttle bus-route, with a stop right outside the entrance.
This suite is fully equipped for business seminars, training, small conferences or off-site meetings. In addition to built-in Audio-visual Information Technology and wireless Internet connection, there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The Richardson Room has a comfortable entry foyer—Verdict Lounge— which can be used for registrations, networking or as a break-out room.
Cost-effective and convenient, it is the ideal venue for:

Capacity:
The Richardson Room can be set up to suit your event, with a maximum seating capacity of 50 people.

Information Technology:
As part of your rental you are entitled to make use of our three ceiling mounted data projectors, the Windows based PC, and surround-sound system. You can also use a laptop of your own if you prefer, and link it to our equipment.
Internet Connectivity:
Wireless connection to the Internet is at no extra charge.
Catering
The kitchen has china crockery, glassware and cutlery for forty people, an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Amenities
The Richardson Room has fully adjustable air-conditioning/heating. There are two unisex toilets adjacent to the room, and more upstairs if required.
