Wellington Conference, Seminar and Meetings

Enjoy the comfort of our recently refurbished seminar rooms for your next conference or seminar.
This property is owned by The Street City Church, and is available for hire from Monday to Friday.

Our conference rooms are situated on the first floor. A disability lift is available if required.

Each of our seminar rooms has an abundance of natural light with heat pumps installed for heating or cooling in all seasons.
We have available 2 different sized rooms available for your seminar, meeting or conference. You can use 1 or a combination of.

Cuba is our mid-sized room @ 8.0m x 8.0m. Seating up to 40 people
Willis is the largest room seating up to 90 people seated comfortably 120sqm and includes a kitchinette

We are proud of our Architects and Engineers who won the “2015 Overall winner and best Adaptive re-use” for an earthquake strengthened building, from the NZ Society for Earthquake Engineering Inc. The building is 100% strengthed under the NBS code. 

Hire rates
Rooms can be hired individually or a combination.
Rates quoted are GST exclusive
Full day rates are 8.30am to 5.00pm and also evening.
Half day rates are under 4 hours
WILLIS Full day: $325.00 | Half day: $175.00 
CUBA  Full day: $200.00 | Half day: $100.00



Carparking
Our on-site carparking is usually leased out long term and therefore not available, but please ask at time of booking if any would be available.

Catering
Our Willis room has a kitchenette available to use. We can recommend local caterers for morning/afternoon teas/ lunches
