Westhaven Meetings and Conferences

Ponsonby Cruising Club is situated right beside the sparkling harbour on the sea wall at Westhaven Marina. Our location has panoramic views over the Waitemata Harbour and Westhaven Marina and is the ideal venue for your next corporate function, meeting or event.

Our Harbour View Lounge can accommodate up to 120 guests, has plenty of on-site parking and easy access to and from the Northern Motorway (SH1).

Our Harbour View Lounge also has a dance floor and access to our deck overlooking Westhaven Marina towards the CBD and Ponsonby Ridge.

We can help you with a selection of formal or informal packages to suit your needs, for example, cocktail style, workshop seating, seated dining or theatre style events. We can provide a selection of teas and filtered coffee.  Soft drinks and fruit juices are available for purchase and our fully licensed bar facilities can be open with advanced notice. Also available for hire is a projection screen and a remote hand-held microphone.
