Taupo Function Space

We have several function rooms available, depending on the size of your function. Full catering can be provided.

FUNCTION ROOMS - DETAILS & PRICES

COMMITTEE ROOM: Up to 16 people. The club bar is available.
Room hire is $20 per hour with a minimum 2 hour charge.

RUAPEHU ROOM: Up to 50 people. The club bar is available.
Room hire is $100/half day or $150/full day.

TONGARIRO ROOM: Up to 100 people. The club bar is available.
Room hire is $100/half day or $150/full day and a $150 bond may be required. The bond is refundable subject to the room being left undamaged with no additional cleaning requirement. Room hire is confirmed upon completion of a contract.

TAUHARA LOUNGE: Up to 180 people and has its' own bar, dancefloor and lift access. Ideal for a band, DJ or stereo system. Our built-in sound system is available.

Room hire is $150 plus a $150 bond. The bond is refundable subject to the room being left undamaged with no additional cleaning requirement. Room hire is confirmed upon completion of a contract.

All alcohol and food consumed on the premises must be purchased from the Club.
