Character Wellington Function Venue

We have several awesome spaces to hold functions here at the Butcher and Brewer.

We have a comprehensive function/catering menu or if you prefer we can work together to create the perfect menu of your Special event, Conference, Seminar or Cocktail party and Celebrations.

Our Private Function Room has a plasma a TV which you can plug your laptop into and its own independent sound system. It has heating and air conditioning.
It can hold:
• 35 people for dinner
• 50 people for Drinks and Nibbles
• 50 people theatre style for a presentation
• 30 people boardroom style for meeting

Our second space is call the Conservatory it is the covered indoor/outdoor area. It has heaters for when it starts to get cooler. It has flaps on the front side that can roll up during summer to allow some air circulation and access to the fire pit area of the Beer Garden.
It can hold:
• 30 people for dinner
• 40 people for drinks and nibbles

We have two beer gardens the Front and Back Beer Garden. The Front Beer Garden has 4 booths with seating and tables, lots of picnic tables, two massive built in umbrellas and a built in fireplace/BBQ which keeps you warm as it gets colder at night time.
It can hold:
• 50-60 people for dinner
• 100 people for Drinks and Nibbles

Our Back Beer Garden is smoke free and has has lots of picnic tables and umbrellas.The bar can be stocked according to your personal drink requirements. 
It can hold:
• 50-60 people for dinner
• 100 people for drinks and nibbles.

Our final space is the Main bar area. We are able to rope of an area for your function. The size of the area will depend on how many people will be attending your function.
It can hold:
• 100 people for dinner
• 150 people for drinks and nibbles

You are welcome to arrange your own decorations. You can also supply your own celebration cake.

We are happy to work with your requirements wherever possible to ensure your event is a total success.
