NZ High Country was established as an events and wedding venue in 2016 and has had the pleasure of hosting some incredible celebrations!

NZ High Country is on private land sitting just above the Queenstown Airport, only a short drive from the centre of town. What makes NZ High Country so magical is the spectacular views showcasing the very best of Queenstown's natural landscape.

The property has four unique sites now available for hire. Three of the sites are considered land-only which means they are a blank canvas for you to create your ultimate wedding or event.

The fourth site is Lake June which has a premium and permanent marquee boasting floor to ceiling glass walls on much of the marquee and absolute privacy.

Our team of event managers are here to help you every step of the way including managing your transport and helping you with booking catering and suppliers as required.

Our spaces:
LAKE JUNE
Lake June boasts an impressive 15m x 35m premium marquee, separated into 3 areas and suitable for events up to 100 or 500 people. Set amongst the rolling hills with views reach out Remarkable Mountain Range.

SUMMER VIEWS
Summer views is new to the collection and sure to impress. A stunning 15m x 20m premium marquee with timber floor and glass paneling is situated on the site. The lawn area extends past the marquee ensuring ample space for a ceremony, pre dinner drinks and lawn games.

TUSSOCK POINT
Tussock Point sits perched at the top of NZ High Country as a land only site. With sweeping views down the centre of Lake Wakatipu, across Queenstown and reaching out to the surrounding mountain ranges, Tussock Point is an incredible event location.

COUNTRY COURTYARD
Country Courtyard is the most intimate of sites on NZ High Country, yet packs a lot of punch! With views of the surrounding mountains, Country Courtyard is an ideal venue for a small ceremony or function.
