Royal Yacht Squadran

Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, Home of the America’s Cup is a spacious, multi-functional building at the foot of the Harbour Bridge in Westhaven Marina. Offering seven versatile function rooms to cater to any event whether it be a day meeting, gala dinner, wedding or cocktail party.



The RNZYS building has a distinctive nautical appearance where sun-drenched decks and rooms offer superb views over Westhaven Marina, CBD, Waitemata Harbour and the Harbour Bridge.



SQUADRON BALLROOM

Located on the ground floor, featuring a distinct nautical theme, this is a very versatile room with an open atrium and extended patio.



The spacious room is popular as a conference and exhibition venue or it can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktail functions of all sizes.



The Dinghy Locker can also be hired with this space to extend the area further and create a pre-function area.

DINGHY LOCKER

A striking bar with timber floors, large glass doors opening out to an extensive deck at the water’s edge of the marina. The Dinghy Locker boasts spectacular views of the harbour, marina and city lights.



Primarily dedicated to club racing events, the Dinghy Locker is also available for private hire and is ideal for functions ranging from BBQ’s, cocktail and dinner parties, as well as corporate off-site meetings.
