Iconic Industrial Building in Freemans Bay

This iconic industrial building in Freemans Bay covered in ficus and ivy is the loveliest, tranquil, light filled studio and annex space for creative play.



The main studio is 14.2 x 8.8  and is divided by translucent sliding panels from a side annex looking onto the garden, which is 7 x 4.



There are three car parks and a studio garage for loading in and out. 



The spaces have been emptied to allow for your own interpretation.



Freemans Bay is a perfect central location and is ideal for a pop up shop, photo shoot or product launch. There is a cafe across the road. Because we have residential neighbours it is not available for parties.



Rates for 2019



Studio, Annex and garage studio $1200 full day +GST

Main studio only - full day $900 half day $500.  +GST

Hourly rate $250
