Lyall Bay office space

We have some desks available for people to join us in our shared office in Lyall Bay. There is currently capacity for another 2 to 3 people.

Great location. Pop across the road to the beach for a surf or walk. Free street parking. Parrotdog bar and brewery up the road. Cafes including Centennial, Botanist and Maranui nearby. City Fitness and about 3 x CrossFit gyms also within one block.

We are located in the office building on the corner of Kingsford Smith and Lyall Parade, above Real Surf. While we have no sea view from our office (you can see it through other people's office as you walk down the hall!), we face the north and get the sunshine! This office block is a 1960's build, with a retro entranceway and features throughout.

Monthly price includes: desk, fibre internet, meeting room use, reasonable use of A4 printing (black and white), espresso machine fueled with Good Fortune coffee.

Ideally this would be for a full-time desk rental (pay one month in advance and terminate with one month notice) but may be open to part-time pricing depending on demand.

We run this space alongside running our two social enterprises: EcoGeekCo and Do Good Jobs.

Office building itself has two kitchens, one on each floor, plenty of toilets and showers for those who like to jump in the surf. We are in the process of building a surfboard rack too, and there is a space for you to add yours...
