$150 per week + GST for one deskspace and we have three deskspace available to share. This fixed-price INCLUDES all outgoings like Power, Rates, Body Corp, and Internet connection.

Option2:
Private office space for $250 per week plus GST that can be set up with one desk and either a couch or two chairs for client meetings. This fixed-price INCLUDES all outgoings like Power, Rates, Body Corp, and Internet connection

Option3:
Option to lease reception area for $250 per week plus GST for your business which can be used for two staff seating.

Shared meeting room with TV, Shared kitchen and Lunchroom.

The current occupier is an IT Service company.

The preferable person we would like to share the space with can be in translation, legal consultant, recruiting, accounting, audition, business consultant service. other professionals are also welcome

No car parks are available however there’s plenty of space on McNaughton Way
