Central Hamilton meeting rooms

Impact Hub Waikato has two meeting rooms, the podcast studio, currently being used as a small meeting room and the workshop room.

Workshop room:
- Seats up to 10 people, suitable for team/client meetings, workshops.
- Smart TV
- Fast Wi-Fi
- Configurable moving desks
$50/hr.

Podcast studio:
- Fitted with soundproofing for confidential meetings
- Seats up to three people
$35 per hr.

All bookings include kitchen access and complimentary tea and coffee.

If you need more space, talk to us about hiring our front room - capacity for 12 seated around a large table or 20 seated theater style.

Catering can be arranged via our partners or through caterers of your choice.

Parking: We have two bookable parks next to our office. Also, Garden Place Carpark and Wilson’s Farmers Carpark (Alexandra St) are both a two minute walk away. There is also plenty of on-street parking with two hours’ free parking.

Opened in October 2020, Impact Hub Waikato is Hamilton’s newest co-working space, located right in the heart of the city.
