Spacious Tauranga Meeting Space

Hosting corporate conferences is a specialty at the Academy Motor Inn.  We offer an elevated and spacious conference room with an adjacent kitchenette and two toilets for your group’s convenience.

Our conference room (6.4m x 6.6m) is capable of seating up to 12 guests in a U-Shaped fashion, boardroom style or classroom style, and up to 18 guests in theatre style.

Located on the first floor of the Academy Motor Inn, our conference room offers a large balcony with views of our swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue area.  Air conditioning and double glazing provides maximum comfort and catering is available on request.

The room has a 50" Smart TV which enables presenters to stream from their laptop direct onto the TV screen. We provide both HDMI and SMART cable connections.

If you need a meeting room or training room then this would be your ideal venue.

Prices for conference room hire are as follows:
Half day rate (1-4 hours): $210 (gst inc)
Full day rate (5-8 hours): $260 (gst inc)

Full catering is also available.
Be aware we are a motel so have limited parking.
