Classic Flyers prides itself on providing corporate groups with an easily-accessible and private meeting venue set in stylish and tasteful surrounds. We offer professionally coordinated conferences, seminars, corporate evenings and business meetings. Ask us about our complete packages which cover every aspect of your conferencing needs.

With its proximity to Tauranga Airport, the venue is ideally positioned for the business traveller. This is a most unique conference setting and being only 200 metres from the airport, conference delegates will never have to fight the traffic! We are the perfect place to converge for a business meeting, with out-of-towners able to fly in and be on site within minutes. If you’re driving, there is also plenty of free off-street parking.

Our rooms boast their own top-quality audio-visual systems, stylish décor and the practical equipment needed to carry out a successful business event.
Organising your function is easy with Classic Flyers because most of our rooms already include the basic equipment required to run your function. The following items are included free of charge:

- Use of a modular stage (9 units of 1.2m x 1.8m) in the Hangar

Classic Flyers works very closely with a local audio visual specialist company called Audio Solutionz. In consultation with this company we can provide a specialised lighting and sound solution to make your event something you will remember.
