$45 + GST per hour (3 hour min)
$135 + GST half day

Whole Day - $270 + GST

+ $200 bond - required prior to tenancy.
Cleaning is your responsibility - Cleaning fee can be charged on request/if required.

Discounted rates are available for frequent/ongoing bookings or long-term hire.
