We are moving offices and looking for someont to sublease our half of a floor on Edward St. The office comes fully furnished for 8 people so tech/design companies could just move in without needing any furniture. 



There is room for another 6 or you can turn this into a breakout space. Also includes access to a boardroom, kitchen, and you are 10 meters from Little Beer Quarter, Meow and Tatsushi.



Cost is $2600 per month plus a share of power/internet/cleaning. There is another company on the floor that helps to cover internet/power/cleaning.



The lease has 13 months on it left to run, so you could stay until then, or negotiate a longer term.
