The Factory is Palmerston North's original co-working space!  We provide community connections, flexible work spaces and dynamic and interactive environments. With no long-term leases!

All permanent residents have full 24-hour access to the building and can use meeting rooms for free. The Factory has an onsite barista that will keep you caffeinated and greet your guests.
