Light Filled (Shared) Office Space -Grey Lynn

This space is part of a total office space of 150 sqm, on the other side of the office is a an event management company and two office dogs, both dogs are not in the office every day however. The two office spaces are divided by a large lego wall and book cases so each company has their own dedicated space. The boardroom and kitchen is shared however. We have been working from this office over 5 years now and love the natural light and large windows the space has.
58 Surrey Crescent is the Old Chinese Laundry building and there are probably 20 or more different companies based in the same building.  
The office is located at Unit 3, level 3, 58 Surrey Crescent.
The available off space is 80sqm, however there is also a boardroom and shared kitchen which is not calculated in the space. We have a number of desks available for use if you currently don't have these as we have recently rejigged our space. Wifi and electricity bills are included.
