Located on the first floor of the heart of iconic K-Road, this open plan office provides a great space for creative businesses to do what they do best. And, it's less than a stones throw away from the multiple cafes, restaurants and bars emerging in the K-Road area, intersecting major bus routes and very bicycle friendly. 



With the growing team at Vital Software spreading their wings, 1-6 desk spaces have recently become available for lease. Our space is both functional and versatile, and while we frequently relish the lilting tones of collaboration, the lovely creatives within possess an agreeable amount of social sensibility.
