Level Two - Science and Hardware Cluster

Our space is no frills; it's a place for science and hardware ventures to base themselves while focusing on research and product development.  To help, we offer simple tenancy agreements and the ability to customise your space. Our minimum is 25 m2 all the way up to many 100's of m2. Outgoings are included, with utilities charged separately.



Tenants range from new startups through to growth-stage businesses and several high-profile venture capital funded companies have begun their journey from our facilities. We all rub along in a collegial manner. This promotes the sharing of ideas, experience and introductions - all while allowing individual company cultures to develop. Located in the creative district of Parnell near Auckland's CBD, a network of investors and commercialisation experts is also close at hand.



Communal facilities include a reception, presentation room, kitchen, bike storage, changing rooms and showers (all with 24/7 secure access). Internet and printing is BYOD (bring your own device), and private car parks are available for rent.
