Bridal Shop: Shared space

We are a bridal shop situated on the main road of New Market. There is a private room space at the back of our store, approx 4m by 4m, for $320 + gst per week. The second space is in the front of one side of our store to attract business from outside (this would be situated right by the store windows and won't have our dresses there) - this space is also available at $280 + gst.



If you wish to rent both spaces, the total rent is available for $450+gst per week.



We would prefer someone looking to rent either space for at least 1 year. Our space does include a bond of two weeks rent that is returnable upon leaving if the areas used do not need any repairs and costs incurred for cleaning.



Includes wifi, power and water.
