PONSONBY - SHARED SPACE WITH MAKEUP STUDIO

Beautiful creative space on College Hill in Ponsonby which we are keen to share with another like minded company.



At the moment this is how we have it setup as we are the only company there, so we have spread out, but more than happy to re-arrange the setup to accommodate a shared space to fit your requirements.



The space comprises of:

The main studio room 6.3 x 3.7

A treatment room  4.3 x 2.3

A storage loft 6.3 x 1.2

Plus separate bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer

Plus separate kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, jug, Nespresso coffee machine

Parking is no problem free on the side street right outside.



We currently use the space for hair/makeup and some specialist treatments such as Eyelash Extensions and Cavi Lipo.

We do not use the space everyday at present, our customers come by appointment only.



We are open to any suggestions of a shared space, whether it be certain days you want it all to yourself, or share an admin girl, or have a section setup permanently with your items where you can come and go like us and see clients…?

To give you an idea of price, for a weekly share of the space we would be looking at $280 + GST per week including expenses (water/power/internet)  However we are more than happy to discuss other options.
