Yoga / Pilates / Tai Chi space - fully matted

We are a family oriented martial arts academy and are looking to make our exceptional facility available during off hours (mainly daytimes) to one or more complimentary wellness / fitness practitioners - such as a yoga, pilates or tai chi instructor.



The academy is located a few blocks from the Basin Reserve, is surrounded by coupon parking areas (free for 4 hours) as well as having 5 dedicated car parks next to the enterance way on Oxford Terrace.  There is also a large car park out the front of the building that is available during evening hours.  It is right on a major bus route.



The main training area is covered in 170 square meters of rubber floor mats.  The rest of the facility is divided into two changing rooms (both with shelves, mirrors and clothes racks), a kitchen area with a Zip and small fridge (which is set up as a family room to keep wee tots occupied) as well as two toilets by the enterance way.  The toilets have paper towel dispensers, sinks, liquid soap dispensers and a sanitory product disposal unit in the ladies.



The training area has a wonderful aspect with windows on three walls providing a lot of natural light.  It is fully air conditioned and equiped with a modern stereo system.  We have a professional cleaning service that services the facility regularly.



With a membership of over 100 families we also provide potential 'low hanging fruit' new clients for the right service provider.  We are more than happy to promote your services to our student body through our regular newsletters and we can even include your sessions on our online schedule.  If you have a paypal account we can set it up to take paid bookings for you too.



We also have a digital attendance checking system on site that we are happy to share with you in order to track your attendences, due payments and set up automated reminders for renewals and no-shows.
